Live Tweets From Photoshop World

Photoshop World 2012 HashtagsI just wanted to write up a quick blog post to remind everyone that Pete and I will be tweeting throughout Photoshop World in DC. The actual conference starts Saturday March 24th and goes through March 26th. We do have a preconference photo walk we are participating in Friday and will be sharing our thoughts on that as well.

Pete and I both will be tweeting as @Rookie_Photog but I will also be tweeting as @RookieDesigner and @Prepressology. So please follow us under those accounts if you want to hear what we think of the photo walk, opening keynote, sessions, party and anything else that happens during the conference. It is a fun way to get an idea of what two first time attendees think!

Scott Kelby’s organization and NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals) has let everyone know that they should use the following hashtags during the events:

#PSW
#PSW12
#PSW2012

While that is a lot of different hashtags for one event, Pete and I will be focusing on using the #PSW and #PSW12 hashtags.

Another fun way to follow not just Pete and I but everyone who is sharing through photos, tweets and blog posts is by going to the Photoshop World Hashcaster site. On the right hand side about half way down there is a box with a Twitter stream showing anyone who uses one of the above hashtags. It’s a quick easy way to see a lot of information about the event.

If you are at Photoshop World and wish to meet up with Pete and I, just tweet us a message using @Rookie_Photog. We will see what we can work out!
